GO FIGURE!

We all want it figured out, and we want it all figured out. But, at the end of the day trying to figure it all out, all we are left with is figures. And figures don’t help in figuring it all out.

These figures, they show you, they scare you, they boost you, they deceive you, but they don’t figure you. No one figures you better than you figure yourself. Not your all-knowing-mother, not your world-wise-father, not your always-there-for-you brother and not even your more-than-life friend. These people might know you in and out, or even more. But, you know your inner voices, your intuitions, your guts or any other word you can give to your heart.

The irony is: The heart that helps you figure doesn’t always sit on the side of the figures. It wants you to go to places where there are no figures. It wants you to travel the less counted road! It wants to figure out a new figure.

Trusting the heart to figure it out for you might be like walking in the dark. But, if you endure long enough, the sun might rise soon!
